The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is Singapore’s online arrival form. It includes an electronic health declaration, which the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) collects for disease control.
Submit it within three days before you arrive, counting the day of arrival itself. An acknowledgement email goes to the address you declare.
Where to submit it
There are two official routes: the SGAC e-Service on the ICA website, or the MyICA Mobile app, which is free on the App Store and Google Play.
Submission costs nothing. ICA says it does not support or endorse commercial services that offer to submit the card for you, so any site charging a fee is not doing you a favour.
Who does not need one
Most travellers must submit. Two groups are exempt: people transiting or transferring without clearing immigration, and residents entering by land at the Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints.
False declarations can be prosecuted
The declaration is made under the Infectious Diseases Act, and ICA warns that false declarations may be prosecuted under it.
If your health changes after you submit, update it through the “Update SGAC” feature on the e-Service instead of leaving the original standing.
