The SG Arrival Card, or SGAC, is Singapore’s online arrival form. It includes an electronic health declaration, which the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority collects for disease control.
Submit it within three days before you arrive, counting the day of arrival itself. You will get an acknowledgement email at the address you declare.
Where to submit it
There are two official routes: the SGAC e-Service on the ICA website, or the MyICA Mobile app, which is free on the App Store and Google Play.
Submission costs nothing. ICA states plainly that it does not support or endorse commercial services offering to submit the card for you, so any site charging a fee is not doing you a favor.
Who does not need one
Most travelers do, but there are exceptions. Those transiting or transferring without clearing immigration are not required to submit, and neither are residents entering by land at the Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints.
The health declaration is not a formality
The declaration is made under the Infectious Diseases Act, and ICA warns that false declarations may be prosecuted under it.
If your health changes after you submit, update it through the “Update SGAC” feature on the e-Service rather than leaving the original standing.
