The Bureau of Immigration’s general entry page is a portal notice and an enforcement statement. It has no document list.
The e-services portal
The Bureau’s advisory reads “BI e-Services Portal Now Fully Operational.” Its instruction for using the portal is “sign in your BI PH e-services online account to start transacting online.” For the rules themselves, it sends travellers to its own site: “review the FAQ’s and Issuances sections on the BI website for guidance and official rules.”
What the Bureau says about itself
The page makes two statements, both about enforcement. It flags exclusion for “foreigners whose presence or stay may be deemed threats to national security, public safety, public morals and public health,” and it says “PH not a safe haven for fugitives.” Neither comes with specifics, penalties or procedures.
Where the entry rules are
